The first outpost of The Crossing Indian Bistro was shaped within the design constraints of Galeries Lafayette’s Le Gourmet dining hall. Despite these limitations, we crafted a micro-universe of Indian culinary heritage, incorporating intricate woodwork carvings, an open kitchen, and the signature tandoor, bringing an authentic touch to a contemporary space.
