Our team

Mickaël Gouret is an accomplished interior architect and designer who began his career after earning a Space Design diploma in Montpellier. He gained initial experience in urban planning and scenography before moving to Paris, where he honed his skills on the TV show La Maison France 5. Working with renowned designers Patrick Jouin and Sanjit Manku, Mickaël contributed to luxury projects like Van Cleef & Arpels in New York and the Plaza Athénée in Paris. Promoted to project manager, he led prestigious endeavors, including Blue by Alain Ducasse in Bangkok. In 2018, he established his own studio, serving clients such as pastry chef Olivier Sthely in Paris and chef Mauro Colagreco in Menton.

Frank Schuetzendorf is a hospitality expert with extensive experience in food and beverage management. Born in Berlin, he began his career in Europe before joining the Four Seasons group, where he played a pivotal role in opening the George V in Paris and held key positions in California and New York. He later served as Assistant Food and Beverage Director at Hôtel Plaza Athénée under Alain Ducasse and led F&B operations at Shangri-La Hotels in Vancouver and Hong Kong. Since 2015, Frank has specialized in F&B concept development and project management, teaching at prestigious institutions like the École Hôtelière de Lausanne. In 2020, he founded a craft brewery and operates restaurants in Paris.
