Brassage was designed to serve a diverse audience—commuters, Parisians, tourists, and business travelers—within a historic train station. To honor France’s brasserie tradition, we integrated an in-house brewery, reviving a 19th-century custom. The venue also included a rooftop space for lifestyle experiences and corporate events. The project was won through a competitive public bid with a major French property group. However, due to structural, legal, and financial complexities, our involvement concluded at the conceptual phase. The site spanned 7,500 sq. ft. over three floors.
