Following the success of its Parisian counterpart, The Crossing Indian Bistro at CAP3000 was a bold evolution of the brand. Unlike the Galeries Lafayette location, this space allowed full creative freedom, resulting in a premium casual dining experience with an immersive design and contemporary Indian menu. Located in the luxury wing of a major shopping mall, it features a 1,500 sq. ft. indoor dining area and a 500 sq. ft. terrace, catering to tourists, shoppers, and the 4,000+ mall employees.
