Le Meurice sought a reinvention of its dining experience, deeply rooted in its artistic heritage. We envisioned an evolving culinary landscape where rotating chefs and artists would transform the restaurant’s menu and aesthetic every 6-12 months. In its fine dining space, we proposed an incubator model for emerging Michelin-starred chefs, offering a platform for innovation and communication while maintaining the hotel’s prestige.
