About
Adour was developed as the flagship restaurant for Ecole Ducasse’s 50,000 sq. ft. culinary school. The space featured eight professional kitchens, a pastry lab, a wine-tasting room, and modern classrooms. While the primary goal was education, the restaurant provided an interactive showcase where students demonstrated their craft to real customers.
